Hotel Policies:
- Hotel check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am daily.
- Check-In: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.
- Payment: We accept all major credit cards. Cash payments are also accepted upon check-in with a valid credit card on file for incidentals. We do not accept debit or cash payments for incidentals.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Smoking Policy: Comfort Inn Surrey is a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms or indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
- Pet Policy: We welcome pets at our hotel. A non-refundable pet fee of $25 + taxes per pet, per night will be applied. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
- Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of other guests during quiet hours, which are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Damages: Any damages to hotel property will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
